This is because bathroom, kitchen and laundry renovations combos can vary so much. So rather than try to accomodate all of those variations here, we’d love you to email or get on the phone with us so we can walk you through the step by step process in real time. This way we ensure every quote will be tailor made to you, your family and your homes exact situation and circumstances.
That being said, we do offer very handsome discounts for any combination renovations. So doing 2 or more rooms at the same time works out heavily in your favour every time. We’re standing by to hear from you!

How long do renovations take?
Timeframes depend on your schedule, the size of the space (bathroom, kitchen or laundry) and the scope of the project. We’ll put together and walk you through a detailed schedule prior to beginning, but we complete the majority of our renovation projects within a 2-4 week period (while ensuring the impact on your busy home life is as uninterrupted as possible).
What materials/ finishes can I choose from?
The possibilities are truly endless! To keep things from becoming overwhelming, we recommend you options from our trusted suppliers that best suit your needs. But if you prefer, you can source your fittings and fixtures from wherever you like. We will work with you with either option to ensure we bring your dream renovation to life.

Can I stay in my home?
The space we’re working on will be out of action during the renovation process. So for a single bathroom home this can cause things to be a bit tricky. We can organise a temporary shower and toilet, but some customers prefer to just stay elsewhere. Where as with kitchen and laundry renovations, the inconvenience is much less pronounced.
That being said, if you have more than one bathroom in the home, this makes things easy. Since we can renovate one bathroom at a time, ensuring you always have a functioning toilet and shower, without having to stay elsewhere or arrange temporary amenities.
Do you organise all the tradespeople?
Indeed! Our team of expert, experienced tradesmen will be coordinated by our head builder Matt, who will provide you with full-time support throughout the process, ensuring that our all work moves according to schedule, and everything is kept as clean and tidy as possible.
A frequently asked question surrounding your service
Yes, to both options! We do have our own in-house designer and architect to assist wherever needed in bringing your dream renovation to life. However if you prefer to use a designer or architect of your own, we’d be more than happy to work with your plans or designs.
Do you provide any guarantees?
Sydney Side Renovations offers an industry leading waterproofing guarantee of 10 years (using our premium system). We also offer a statutory warranty on all labour, materials and waterproofing as per the NSW Home Building Act.
Only fully licensed and qualified tradesmen will be working on your project. Further, every team member is vetted, inducted and managed by our senior builder Matt.
We also provide Home Building Compensation insurance for all projects over $20,000, in accordance with government regulation.
